Tipps zur Selbstmotivation

Langfristig Erfolg zu haben, ist gar nicht so einfach. Dabei spielt es keine Rolle, ob Du beruflich oder privat weiterkommen möchtest. Doch eins ist sicher: ohne Ziel - kein Erfolg. Deshalb:

Setze Dir Ziele!

Deine Ziele sollten nicht zu groß und nicht zu weit entfernt liegen. Ein Endziel zu haben, ist wichtig und lässt Dich besser planen. Nun kannst Du das große Ziel in mehrere kleine Etappenziele aufteilen. So hast Du bald Erfolg.
Und Erfolg lässt Deinen Schweinehund schon sehr bald verstummen.

Und wenn Dein innerer Schweinehund doch mal wieder laut bellen sollte: rufe Dir Deine Motivation und Ziele wieder vor Augen und erfreue Dich daran, was Du schon erreicht hast.
