The practical 40-page brochure sized 15 x 15 cm fits easily in any sports or shopping bag. It perfectly accompanies fitatall course participants.  

Gronceries with a green tag may be consumed nearly without limits, the scales won't change. A yellow tag signifies an O.K. but demands to be moderate. Groceries with a red tag contain a lot of fat and a lot of basic carbohydrates. Overdoing things at this stage requires a hard and sweaty workout afterwards to shed these pounds again.

It sounds complicated but it isn't! All common groceries from apple juice to goat's soft cheese are neatly listed in the fitatall nutritional value table. The reader will vainly search for calorie or joule information. Instead all items are tagged via the practical fitatall traffic light system.

In other words: The body needs to burn more energy than it is supplied with. It does so through exercises as well as through the food it is supplied with. At this it is important that the "fat burn oven" stays lit at any time even if only on a low heat. Unsaturated fats do the job too, but not the hidden fats that e.g. a bratwurst contains.
